This Father’s Day, give dad a gift the whole family will enjoy. Attend the EyesOn Design weekend of events, which benefit the Detroit Institute of Ophthalmology, the research education arm of the Department of Ophthalmology of the Henry Ford Health
System, June 14-16. Over 200 invitation-only vehicles comprising
over 20 different categories reflect this year’s theme of “Design
Around the World.” The exhibits include several groups of
luxury cars and sports cars from a variety of global automakers
spanning over 90 years of vehicle design evolution. Several
historically significant GM concept vehicles will be paired with their descendent
production vehicles. Friday, June 14, 6:30-11:00 p.m.: Vision Honored black-tie gala and silent auction at the MGM Grand Detroit. Honoring Lifetime Design Achievement Award Recipient Leonardo Fioravanti, Bordin Design Corp. Awards ceremony MC, Victor Nacif.
Reservations Required. $195 per person/$1,700 Table of 10. Valet Parking.
Sunday, June 16, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.: Car Show. General Admission Tickets $25 each.
(Free admission for active-duty military with proof and children under 12, with an
adult.) Lakeside, champagne brunch from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Requires separate ticket.
