    Bookstock, metro Detroit’s largest used book and media sale, where proceeds benefit literacy and education projects throughout the community, runs April 26 through May 3 at Livonia’s Laurel Park Place. Bookstock has 300,000-plus used books, DVDs, CDs, audiobooks, and records for sale at bargain basement prices! Bookstock’s Pre-Sale runs from 8:15 to 11 a.m. on April 26. There is a $20 admission charge for the Pre-Sale only. Bookstock continues through May 3, running Sundays, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Join Bookstock for Teacher Appreciation Days discounts on Monday and Tuesday, Pocket Paperback Palooza on Wednesday, Bookbuster specials on Thursday and Friday, and Cookstock featuring half-off cookbooks on Saturday. Everything is half-price on May 3. The Mike Morse Law Firm is Bookstock’s presenting sponsor.
