Hour Detroit magazine’s Chef of the The year 2018, Reva Constantine from Great Lakes Culinary Center is preparing a spectacular menu for the Walnut Lake Preschool and Developmental Kindergarten fundraiser on Sunday, May 19. The dinner will be held at 6-10 p.m. at Great Lakes Culinary Center (24101 W. 9 Mile Rd., Southfield). The event also will feature wine pairings for each course and a wide assortment of auction items. Proceeds will benefit Walnut Lake Preschool and Developmental Kindergarten, an exceptional therapeutic and educational program for children ages 3 to 7 with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges.
