While completing a dual MBA, Leonora Selmani joined the family business founded by her brother, taking the role of CEO. Under her leadership and commitment, the company grew from a very small flatbed trucking company into one of the largest in its field in metro Detroit, servicing customers all over the USA, Canada, and Mexico. As one of the very few women in such a position, in an industry historically dominated by men, she is a strong, respected leader who is asked often to share her experience and advice and mentor other women beyond the transportation industry.
