Shatila Bakery was founded in 1979 by Riad Shatila, who immigrated from Beirut, Lebanon. His goal was to provide the most authentic “taste of home” with his products using the highest-quality ingredients. With a lot of hard work and dedication, he was able to expand his business from a small retail shop to a globally known brand. After a long battle with cancer, Riad unfortunately passed away in 2013. His wife, Zeinat, alongside his three daughters, Nada, Tania, and Batoul, are continuing his legacy and expanding the brand with the same passion and commitment to quality.
