Last week, Max Mara at Somerset Collection in Troy debuted a temporary photo exhibit of A-list celebrities wearing what the brand considers to be some of its most iconic coats.

Called Wrapped in Luxury, the traveling photo installation featured 15 street-style shots of celebrities like Emma Stone, Cara Delevingne, Taylor Swift, Karlie Kloss, Lupita Nyong’o, Susan Sarandon, Kate Middleton, and more, in Max Mara outerwear.

Wrapped in Luxury is a series of images that perfectly encapsulates our brand’s timeless and feminine style,” says Maria Giulia Maramotti, director of North American retail and global brand ambassador for Max Mara.  “…The Somerset shopper will relate to the global perspective on style and culture that this exhibition resonates, as well as the contemporary coats that we all want to wrap ourselves up in during winter.”

While the exhibit was only at the Somerset Collection for a short time, officials with Max Mara say shoppers will have the opportunity to purchase some of the celebrity-donned looks in stores this season. Particularly, shoppers can expect to find the Manuela Coat worn by Jessica Biel, Katie Holmes and Jennifer Garner, 101801 Coat worn by Claire Danes and Isabella Rossellini, and the Lilia Coat worn by Reese Witherspoon, at the Troy location and online.

This fall, the brand is offering a variety of silhouettes, such as structured double-breasted overcoats with tailored lapels and classic wrap styles. The outerwear is available in colors like camel, gray, black, and red, and fabrics such as camel fur, cashmere, and alpaca.
