Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan’s mission is to inspire and prepare young people to succeed in a global economy.


// KEY SERVICES PROVIDED

Everything Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan does is done to better prepare K-12 students for the business of life. Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan’s programs align with national and State of Michigan education standards. Programs are developed around three pillars: Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and Workforce Readiness. These programs develop youth who are confident, knowledgeable, and prepared for the future workforce. Junior Achievement students are improving the future outcomes of their communities and families. Junior Achievement of Southeastern Michigan served over 61,000 students in 2018-2019. Programs are delivered through volunteers from throughout the region. 1 in 5 Junior Achievement students enter a career that they learned about from a JA volunteer.
