Our Capuchin ministries are inspired by St. Francis of Assisi. We prayerfully build sister-brotherhood. We attend to spiritual and other basic human needs, especially those of the poor.


Capuchin Soup Kitchen – Tending to basic needs, especially the need for food.

>> Jefferson House – CARF-accredited residential addiction treatment

>> Rosa Parks Youth Program – Art therapy and leadership development

>> Capuchin Services Center – Food pantry, clothing, and social services

Father Solanus Guild – Promoting sainthood for Blessed Solanus Casey

Solanus Casey Center – A sacred space nourishing the soul, devoted to Blessed Solanus Casey

Capuchin Retreat – A Franciscan retreat center on 95 acres in Washington Township

St. Bonaventure Monastery Chapel – Weekday and Sunday Masses, reconciliation, and blessing of the sick services

Formation of New Friars – More than 20 men at various levels of formation

Missions & Evangelization – Spreading the Gospel throughout the world
