United Way for Southeastern Michigan

Give Detroit – A Charitable Registry

To mobilize the caring power of Detroit and Southeastern Michigan to improve communities and individual lives in measurable and lasting ways.

United Way for Southeastern Michigan works to ensure that families can meet their basic needs, that children are ready for school, and that people are equipped with skills to build a better life — but they don’t do it alone.

United Way brings individuals, businesses, and organizations together to tackle the root causes of problems that impact families in every city in southeastern Michigan — problems like children who can’t read at grade level, workers who lack the skills to find a job, and families who struggle to put food on the table.

They believe that, working together, we can change lives for the better and build a stronger southeastern Michigan community.
