New Distillery Opens in Fenton.

Fenton Winery & Brewery is celebrating the grand opening of Dream Machine Distillery, which will allow their taproom to serve small batch liquor and craft cocktails, in addition to the beer and wine already on tap.

Bavarian Inn Lodge is getting a major expansion.

Starting Dec. 13, the Lodge will begin an $80 million expansion to its waterpark and other entertainment offerings. Once completed, the Bavarian Inn Lodge will be Michigan’s largest indoor waterpark and family entertainment center.

The Final Four is coming to Detroit in 2027.

The NCAA event will be played at Ford Field for the first time since 2009. The Final Four bid was a collaborative effort between the Detroit Sports Commission, Visit Detroit, Michigan State University, the City of Detroit, Ford Field, and the Lions.
