New Rooftop Dining Option Opens at Detroit’s Book Tower
The dining scene at the historic Book Tower in Detroit is expanding with the opening of Kamper’s, a brand-new tapas bar and cocktail lounge on the rooftop terrace on the 14th floor. Kamper’s, which is named after the building’s original architect, features a Spanish-inspired menu, a beverage program, and spectacular views of the city.
