Big Sean, Glass Animals, & More to Play 2022 Mo Pop Festival

After a two-year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Mo Pop Festival is back with a strong lineup of performers. Taking place in Hart Plaza on July 30 and 31, the music festival will feature headlining acts such as Detroit rapper Big Sean, British indie rock band Glass Animals, and R&B singer Jhené Aiko.

The lineup, which was released this morning, also includes Kaytranada, Khruangbin, Girl in Red, Dominic Fike, Dayglow, Ashe, The Backseat Lovers, The Marías, Tai Verdes, Beach Bunny, Mariah the Scientist, Wet Leg, Daisy, Horsegirl, and Detroit’s own Whiterosemoxie, Tiny Jag, Whu Else, Charity, Gabriel Duran, and Haute to Death & Friends

Those interested in buying tickets to the festival can now sign up for pre-sale registration on the Mo Pop website. The pre-sale starts at noon on Feb. 18. The public on sale begins at noon on Feb. 21.

The festival offers five different passes, ranging from the $89 Single Day General Admission pass to the $1,500 Weekend Super VIP, which includes access to special viewing areas, a private bar, concierge service, and more.

The last Mo Pop Festival was held in 2019 at Detroit’s West Riverfront Park. The lineup featured artists such as Tame Impala, Vampire Weekend, Ella Mai, and Lizzo.
