DIME Detroit is an institute for serious musicians who desire a professional career in today’s music industry. Its programs are designed to build strong musical foundations that allow students to seize opportunities for long and sustainable careers. Through a partnership with Metropolitan State University of Denver, students studying at DIME can earn a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music Performance, Commercial Songwriting, or Music Industry Studies. Classes include Techniques and Improvisation, Live Performance Workshop, Domestic Music Market, Record Production, and others. Students can also take individual classes. In addition to the opportunity to network with major artists and music professionals through its masterclass program, DIME offers a number of support services to ensure students have access to the tools they need to succeed.
