Band of Angels’ ‘Starry Night’ Gala

The Royal Park Hotel in Rochester hosted Band of Angels’ 7th annual “Starry Night” gala on April 27. Founded in 1994, Band of Angels provides support for individuals and families affected by Down syndrome. Photographs by Carrie Hall.
