Black Legacy Advancement Coalition Five Year Anniversary Gala

The Black Legacy Advancement Coalition, an area organization that works to empower people of African descent around the world through educational programming and resources, held its 5th annual Anniversary Gala on May 16, 2025, at the Book Tower Building in downtown Detroit. The event raised money for the organization’s Ground Up Initiative, which provides support to Detroit youth experiencing homelessness, abuse, neglect, and other challenges.
