Cinetopia Film Festival Opening Night Party 2018

On May 31, the Michigan Theater Foundation held an opening night party for its annual Cinetopia Film Festival at the Michigan Theater in Ann Arbor. Exclusive to passholders, sponsors, and special guests, the event kickstarted the 10-day film festival with the premiere of Bo Burnham’s film, “Eighth Grade.” Following the screening, attendees were invited to participate in a post-film Q&A session with Bo Burnham. Cinetopia is a nonprofit organization that strives to bring the best of global film festivals to Southeast Michigan.
