On Dec. 4, the 2009 Detroit Historical Society Ball featured the second annual Dancing with Detroit’s Stars competition. Fox 2’s Monica Gayle and Local 4’s Rhonda Walker participated in the dancing, which included the winning pair: Mark and Tiffany Douglas.
