MCC Centennial Benefit Gala

On Aug. 13, the Meadowbrook Country Club Centennial Committee held a fundraising gala in celebration of the club’s 100th anniversary with the goal of giving back to the community. The committee set a goal of $100,000 to be donated to non-profits. Benefiting charities included Angela Hospice, a premier hospice care provider in southeast Michigan, Bridgepointe, which helps students achieve greater academic success through educational support, CATCH, Sparky Anderson’s foundation to improve the quality of life for pediatric patients at Children’s and Henry Ford Hospitals, and Main Street League, a volunteer driven non-profit organization that focuses on the needs of people within the local community.
