Savor Detroit: Spring 2015, April 28

Hour Detroit’s Savor Detroit — a five-night dinner series featuring custom menus developed by the city’s most celebrated chefs — took place at the Great Lakes Culinary Center on April 27-May 1.

Each night, metro Detroit foodies gathered to enjoy a cocktail hour, a five-course dinner menu prepared by the evening’s featured chef duo: Marais and La Feria, thoughtfully selected wine pairings, live entertainment, and a silent auction of photographic artist and award-winning feature filmmaker Sooney Kadouhs work benefiting Gleaners Community Food Bank
