Savor Showdown, Spring 2019: April 26th

On April 26, 2019 Hour Detroit held its event Savor Showdown: Meat Lovers. The five-night series featured Top chefs from across the country face off to serve up their best dishes at Hour Detroit’s Savor Showdown presented by The Barbara Ann Karmanos Cancer Institute. Each day, a pair of chefs went head-to-head with another pair of chefs in the ultimate food fight to create an extraordinary four-course meal celebrating their culinary theme. A panel of judges crowned the winning team after each meal, Guests also enjoyed unique art installations for the ultimate culinary experience.
