Sarah Kuchon is a shareholder at Hohauser Kuchon committed to representing injured people throughout the State of Michigan. Sarah concentrates her practice in the area of personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, no-fault insurance, dog bites, dram shop liability, bus accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, and medical malpractice, as well as other injury matters.
Sarah graduated cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2000. She is presently earning her Master’s degree in Counseling from Oakland University where she also teaches Litigation in its paralegal program.
With nearly two decades of litigation experience, Sarah understands how to navigate the intricate details often associated with litigating personal injury cases. Active in the legal community at both the State and local levels, Sarah is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Oakland County Bar Association, the Michigan State Bar Foundation, the Oakland County Bar Foundation, the Women’s Bar Association, the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and the Michigan Association for Justice. As a former member of the Representative Assembly for the State Bar of Michigan, Sarah presently serves as a Commissioner to the State Bar of Michigan and as a Director for the Oakland County Bar Association Board. Sarah was named to the 2019 class of Women in the Law by Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly. She received the Professionalism Award from the Oakland County Bar Association in 2017 and has been selected to the Michigan Super Lawyers list for the past six years.
