Kamper’s Rooftop Lounge in Detroit’s Book Tower was inspired by the charming cafés in Barcelona and offers a menu featuring Basque tapas and pintxos alongside an “elevated wine and cocktail experience.”

Make one of those drinks, Beileza, at home by following this handy recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces Roku Gin
  • 1/4 ounces Licor 43
  • 1/2 lime, squeezed and dropped in Fever Tree Elderflower tonic water (to top)
  • Fresh sage, for garnish
  • 3 orange wheels, for garnish

Directions

  1. In a large wine glass, drop in the orange wheels and add in all of the other ingredients along with some ice. Gently stir.
  2. Garnish with a bouquet of fresh sage and enjoy!

Kamper’s Rooftop Lounge is located on the 14th floor of the Book Tower at 1265 Washington Blvd., Detroit. Call 313-597-7924 or visit kampersrooftop.com for more information.
