How to Make Mani Osteria and Bar’s Dolce Vita
Ingredients
3/4 oz. Prairie Organic Gin
3/4 oz. Blackberry/Ginger Syrup*
3/4 oz. limoncello
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. Prosecco
Lemon twist (for garnish)
Blackberry/Ginger Syrup*
2 3/4 oz. white wine
8 oz. blackberries
1/2 in. ginger root, peeled and chopped
1⁄6 Tbsp. allspice
1/3 Tbsp. black peppercorn
21 1/2 oz. sugar
18 3/4 oz. water
*Muddle blackberries in a large pot. Add ginger and all other ingredients. Whisk and bring to a boil. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Let cool then fine-strain.
Directions
Add all ingredients apart from Prosecco into a shaker with ice and stir. Strain into a flute and top off with Prosecco. Squeeze lemon peel over flute to express oils.
