Ingredients
1 cube fresh watermelon
1 cube fresh pineapple
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
1½ ounces Jameson Irish Whiskey
½ ounce watermelon shrub (see recipe at hourdetroit.com)
½ ounce demerara simple syrup
½ ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions
Muddle together the watermelon, pineapple, and bitters. Add Jameson, shrub, demerara, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake. Double strain over ice into glass and serve.
