The pretty little village of Oxford has its first upscale restaurant, a handsome spot right next to the Victorian-style Centennial Park on the main street. There’s quite a contrast between the park and its new neighbor, slickly done up in African mahogany, Brazilian cherrywood, and stained glass, with linen-swathed tables and a premium bar.
