Chef/proprietor Mary Brady is shopping for a new location for Diamond Jim Brady’s Bistro, which has been in the Novi Town Center for 19 years. (The space is being taken over by a big-box store.) She hopes to relocate somewhere in the general area by the first of the year.

The Andiamo Restaurant Group is down one Italian, but up one Mexican restaurant. Andiamo Osteria on Main Street in downtown Rochester has become the second Rojo Mexican Bistro in the company’s stable, following the success of chef Luis Garza’s menu at the original Rojo in Novi’s Fountain Walk.
And just up the street from the new Rojo, Bill Kruse and Vince Clark are celebrating the 19th anniversary of their perennially popular Rochester Chop House.
