Late on Saturday nights, when they’ve finished wining and dining the guests at some of downtown Detroit’s top restaurants, chefs and staffers from such places as Bourbon Steak and SaltWater can often be found kicking back at this offbeat spot. Although there’s more on the menu, including Romanian sausage, it’s the chicken shawarma that seems to be the dish of choice. The bar and the grill share space, but they’re separate entities.
