The Holy Grail is “summer in a glass,” says GreenSpace Cafe bar manager Beth Dybowski. She combined all her favorite flavors into one libation. “This cocktail is a perfect mix of citrus and floral with a special bubbly kick from the prosecco.” Be careful: “It’s incredibly easy drinking,” she says.
2 ounces Zim’s vodka
1 ounce elderflower liqueur
1 ounce fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce homemade lavender-infused simple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and pour into a cold martini glass. Top with prosecco, and garnish with a brandied cherry.
