This month’s winning Shared Plates recipe is perfect for end-of-summer get-togethers.

“As a chef and a food stylist, I always look for ways to make a party unforgettable,” writes Toni Sova, this month’s featured winner and the blogger behind Nostimo Kitchen. “You always want your guests to leave an event with a distinct memory.”

For this recipe, Sova combines dry rosé with fresh strawberries and raspberries for a sweet summer treat. She suggests experimenting with different flavors, utilizing seasonal fruits and herbs. Cooking for kids? The alcohol is easy to omit. Sova recommends trying pineapple, bananas, or Greek yogurt as a liquor alternative

Frozen Rosé Popsicles (Makes 10)

Ingredients:
1 ⅔ cups dry rosé
2 tablespoons sugar
½ cup fresh grapefruit juice
6 ounces fresh strawberries
2 ounces fresh raspberries
Popsicle molds (preferably with sticks)

Directions:
Puree or blend berries, rosé, grapefruit juice, and sugar at a high speed. Strain if desired.
Divide mixture into molds, leaving 1-inch space from the top. Freeze. After one hour, add whole berries and popsicle sticks. Place in the freezer for at least four hours.
