This Friday, Sept. 30, head to the Ford Conference and Event Center in Dearborn from 6 to 9 p.m. for Detroit Uncorked. Past attendees rave about this premier event as a great opportunity to taste a breadth of wines in a one convenient metro destination. Among the 300 wines from around the world, a good representation of Michigan wines, brews, and spirits are available for sampling, making it easy to discover many new varieties to add to your favorites list.
The wine-infused evening encompasses a lively atmosphere that is great for mingling, a silent auction with rare wine lots, and interactive Ford Motor Co. vehicle displays with games and prizes. Along with the wine, enjoy light appetizers, artisan breads, and martini mac and cheese topped with spicy chicken, pulled pork, or wild mushrooms.
