    Q: What guidance do you offer for those who have tried to achieve health goals but keep falling short?

    A: Having dealt with my own serious leg injury, I refuse to let that hold me back. For those training with me at Anytime Fitness in Berkley, I focus on confidence building and strive to help each person achieve something they didn’t believe they could do. I offer innovative training tailored to specific goals, whether it’s preparing for a marathon, a powerlifting meet, or running a mile. I coach basketball and support young athletes, so I put myself through these challenges first and work alongside you. It’s important to work with a trainer like myself for several reasons: variety, personalized workouts, and, most importantly, creativity. These foundations help keep you engaged in your fitness journey and ensure you’re continually challenged. With over 20 years of training experience, I’ve explored various areas of fitness, including Pilates, Hyrox racing, yoga, strength training, conditioning, and running. First-time visitors to our location will have a unique experience tailored to their needs.
