Dr. Compton is a facial plastic surgeon well known throughout Michigan for his artistic eye and attention to detail.  With a quick review of his rhinoplasty results and his artwork on www.AndrewComptonMD.com, you can see why his slogan is “Hands of a Surgeon, Eye of an Artist.”  He would love for you to visit his Troy office on Thursday, October 27, 2022, from 5-8 pm for cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and special open house pricing on all services.

Dr. Compton is thrilled to bring the facelift techniques pioneered and perfected by Dr. Andrew Jacono to the metro Detroit area.  Dr. Jacono is arguably the most famous facelift surgeon in the world, and for good reason.  His breath-taking results have drawn the world’s most elite clientele and celebrities.  Dr. Compton has been trained by Dr. Jacono in all the details of these facial rejuvenation techniques and he can’t wait to share this experience with you.

The vertical vector facelift is a comprehensive surgery that will treat aging changes in all levels of the forehead, face, and neck.  The key difference from a traditional facelift is that this procedure reshapes the tissues of the cheek and nasolabial fold to create the ideal facial contours.  Change in this area just isn’t possible with other facelifting techniques.  To do this, the facial ligaments (supporting structures) are repositioned without placing unnatural tension in the face.  Tension can cause a distorted appearance and is the number one reason you can tell someone had a facelift.  Tension also causes the majority of visible scars, and poor outcomes.  Eliminating this tension allows natural, soft results that last.

In order to provide the comprehensive rejuvenation that patients desire, the vertical vector facelift always includes the midfacial lift, deep neck lift and temporal browlift.  This browlift is a gentle elevation of the outer brow to open the eye without giving you that permanently surprised look.  Other procedures patients love to add are the lip lift, buccal fat removal, chin implant, nanofat stem cell therapy, chemical peel, fillers, fat transfer and eyelid surgery.  We are proud to offer our special ‘Chrysalis package’ to allow any or all of these facial surgeries to be combined into one comprehensive fee to allow a complete transformation.

Come meet Dr. Compton and hear more about this technique and how it could benefit you.  We will be looking for select patients willing to share their facelift journey publicly for special pricing.

The transformation can be spectacular, don’t let this opportunity pass you by.

RSVP at Info@AndrewComptonMD.com or call 248-289-7300.
