How they started – and scaled, fast.
AV Imagined was founded by co-owners Lawrence Walters and Andrea Rokicsak in Madison Heights, MI. What launched as a team of four quickly grew to seven in less than a year — and they don’t plan to stop there. “We built it right from the beginning; we didn’t plan to stay a small company for long,” said co-founder Lawrence Walters.
Co-founder Andrea’s strong administration and organizational development background significantly supported their ability to scale and operate like a seasoned organization. Starting with an initial project management staff with over forty years of experience in the AV industry also helped them start strong and add additional team members quickly.
But it’s not just about numbers for AV Imagined.
“We don’t want to have one-and-done projects; we want to build relationships and be a long-term technology partner,” says Lawrence, whose philosophy is to bring fun and easy experiences to AV Imagined’s clients.
As a regular Twitch streamer with a love of media, it’s no wonder he’s a natural as the lead role on AV Imagined’s binge-worthy TikTok account. TikTok users can catch fun product demos and inside peeks of actual projects.
