Presented by Lexus and hosted by Hour Detroit, Savor Detroit 2025 offers a sumptuous celebration of Detroit’s culinary excellence from October 6 to 9, each evening from 6–9:30 PM at the Great Lakes Culinary Center in Southfield. It’s an immersive experience—part cocktail party, part culinary experience—that brings together beloved local chefs, curated wines, live entertainment, and fine art for a cause.
A Culinary Journey Across Four Evenings
Each night kicks off with a cocktail hour (6–7 PM) featuring passed hors d’oeuvres, specialty cocktails, and live entertainment—plus a pop‑up art exhibit by Tony Roko, with proceeds from the art auction benefiting COTS Detroit. From there, guests take their seats for a five‑course seated dinner, expertly paired with wines and crafted by two of the region’s most compelling culinary voices.
Monday, Oct 6 Talia Clark (Forest) & Nadia Nijimbere (Baobab Fare)
Tuesday, Oct 7 Rohani Foulkes (Folk Detroit) & Garrett Lipar (The Dixboro Project)
Wednesday, Oct 8 Eve Aronoff Fernandez (Frita Batidos) & Ji Hye Kim (Miss Kim)
Thursday, Oct 9 Gabriella Baldwin (Testa Barra) & Reva Constantine (Reva Constantine Events)
Structures and menu themes shift nightly, making each evening unmistakably unique. Dietary limitations cannot be accommodated. Whether you’re a longtime subscriber drawn to Detroit’s food culture, looking to indulge in a rare multi-chef tasting journey, or simply seeking a memorable night out with elevated ambiance, Savor Detroit 2025 invites you to taste the future of Metro Detroit.
