United Shore Professional Baseball League in Utica has announced it will host a Home Run Derby followed immediately by an All-Star Game on Saturday, July 8, 2023.

It all kicks off at Jimmy John Field at 5:30 p.m. with the derby, which will pit the league’s best power hitters against one another to find out who can hit the most bombs.

Gates open an hour before the first batter steps up to the plate, so get there early so you don’t miss any of the hits.

After the derby, the stars of the league will play a seven-inning game. The event also features music spun by DJ Matt.

Tickets get you into both events and are $6 for lawn seats, $12 for backstop seats, $15 for infield seats, $20 for the Salus Group Platinum Club, and $35 for the First State Bank Front Row Club. Tickets can be purchased at uspbl.com.
