Fox Theatre: Trevor Noah, the South African comedian/political commentator who took over as the host of Comedy Central’s The Daily Show in late 2015, has written books, starred in Netflix comedy specials, and hosted his own late-night talk show (as well as international award shows). African American Family Book Expo: Designed to preserve literacy, the one-day, family-friendly event will feature 50 local black authors of both adult and children’s books. Michigan Brewers Guild Winter Beer Festival: More than 125 Michigan breweries and brewpubs will be represented at this year’s festival.
