It’s not too late to snag tickets to this year’s Motor City Comic Con. Taking place at Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, the three-day event kicks off on May 13 and features William Shatner, Freddie Prinze Jr., Krysten Ritter, Alicia Silverstone, and many more celebrities along with comic guests, events and attractions, and exhibitors.

Among the many scheduled events are panels with the aforementioned guests as well as Carey Jones, a special effects and make-up artist who has worked on shows like The Walking Dead and Watchmen; AEW wrestlers Ruby Soho and Adam Cole; Scream’s Skeet Ulrich, Matthew Lillard, and Jamie Kennedy; and cast members from all four Superman films, who will reflect on their time working with the late Christopher Reeve. There will be plenty of autograph and photo opportunities, too.

Motor City Comic Con visitors can also enjoy attractions such as face painting, cosplay contests for adults and kids, a Dino & Dragon Stroll, a display of cars from movies like Ghostbusters and Jurassic Park, and the Artist Alley, a space where amateur and semi-professional artists will display their prints, novels, and paintings.

And Chicago Costume Co., Ohio graphic novel retailer Gem City Books, and Galactic Toys & Collectibles are among the businesses on this year’s long lineup of vendors.
