Detroit Film Theatre: Ann Arbor’s The Stooges are the subject matter of director Jim Jarmusch’s Gimme Danger, which combines concert footage with animation to tell the story of one of the most influential punk bands of all time. Detroit Symphony Orchestra: Fall in love with the Beatles all over again at the “Classical Mystery Tour,” featuring former members of Broadway’s Beatlemania! Fab Four. U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance: Band-O-Rama: The combined university bands celebrate Homecoming weekend with this annual family-friendly event which features the band marching through the audience. Erebus Haunted Attraction: If you dare to be scared this Halloween season, there is a four-story house of horrors waiting for you. Theatre Bizarre: For the first time, this annual event will be held two weekends in a row. Dinner, drinks, and dark performances are provided, and elaborate costumes are a must. The masquerade gala will be a more formal event, while Theatre Bizarre will offer a larger capacity of adventurous hopefuls the opportunity to be a part of the decadence.
