Summer concerts at DTE Energy Music Theatre just became a little bit sweeter. The Clarkston-based amphitheater has announced its partnership with Arctic Buzz, a Baltimore-based ice cream company that creates treats with a boozy kick.

With the company’s motto being “Think Outside the Bottle,” Arctic Buzz infuses pints of ice cream with a full shot of vodka. Its flavors include Key Lime Pie, Cookies and Cream, Birthday Cake, Coconut, Raspberry, Chocolate, and Vanilla.

“If you haven’t tried it yet, let’s just say that alcohol and ice cream are as perfect together as a night out at DTE Energy Music Theatre…,” says Bruce Pilarczyk, chief operating officer of Arctic Buzz.

Arctic Buzz partnered with distilleries to craft its secret recipe, which can contain an ABV of 6 to 9 percent per pint. Customers can enjoy each flavor on its own or along with other desserts. Representatives with the company even recommend mixing the creamy treats in your favorite cocktail.

According to DTE Energy Music Theater, the multi-year partnership deal was made with concert-goers in mind. “The fans’ enjoyment is our highest priority,” says Todd Bell, assistant director of operations for Levy Restaurants at DTE Energy Music Theatre. “Adding new and innovative products like Arctic Buzz to our concessions portfolio is a pitch-perfect way to elevate the fan experience.”

In addition to its new home at DTE Energy Music Theatre, the boozy treat is also available at Hollywood Markets, Harbortown Market, Original Buscemi’s locations, and MGM Grand Casino.
