Dr. Geoffrey Gladstone is certified by and a Fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery; meaning he has unique and specialized training in this subspecialty. He is also certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Currently, he is affiliated with a number of hospitals including William Beaumont Hospital-Royal Oak, St. Joseph Mercy-Livonia and Genesys Hospital in the Flint Area. He also performs surgery at outpatient surgical facilities in the Detroit and Flint metropolitan areas.
With his colleagues at Consultants in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery, PC, Dr. Gladstone offers cosmetic eyelid and eyebrow surgery; treatment of lower eyelid “bags”; surgical management of drooping eyelids, eyelid tumors and reconstruction, and lower eyelid malposition. He is interested in all aspects of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and face.
Dr. Gladstone was one of the first surgeons in Michigan to perform an endoscopic forehead surgery and has been performing cosmetic eyelid surgery for over 30 years. Additionally, he has pioneered new methods of endoscopic surgery for tearing problems as well as performing surgeries for eyelid drooping, eyelids tumors and malpositions of the lower eyelids. He has lectured internationally and extensively in the United States and directs an international Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship.
Consultants in Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery, PC, has eight locations: Southfield, Troy, Flint, St. Clair Shores, Rochester Hills, Novi, Southgate, and Livonia.
