Representing Northern Michigan’s Finest Properties
If it were possible for you and your family to slow the pace of your life down, to break away from all the daily run-around – the school meetings, the soccer matches, the social swirl, and the endless efforts to meet the bottom line – where would you want to spend that relaxing time? In an Adirondack chair looking out at the water, maybe?
Pat Leavy, co-owner of Kidd & Leavy Real Estate, understands your busy life and knows how you can find those “ahh” moments with family and friends in northern Michigan.
This is a place where the extended family returns summer after summer to reconnect. It’s the “grounding force” for busy people, “Where kids care more about gas for the jet ski than your stock ratings on Oracle, and where families take the pontoon boat for a moonlight spin around Walloon Lake or hoist up the sails on the Hatteras for a ride around Little Traverse Bay,” he says.
When you join together with Leavy, you’ll tour beautiful homes with spectacular sunsets. His firm sells many high-end homes in Bay Harbor, Walloon Lake, Charlevoix, and Harbor Springs, and will help you find the ideal place in northern Michigan. Then you and your family can slow down and put a toe in the sand; you’ll be able to experience the blue lakes, miles of shoreline, fresh air, rolling hills, undisturbed woods, excellent vintners, vibrant towns, and friendly people.
With 25 years of “up north” expertise he personally sold nearly $200 Million in 2023 making Leavy the No. 1 real estate agent in the state of Michigan. No one works harder. He can make house-hunting easier and more efficient than you can yourself, because he knows how to listen and ask the right questions about your family’s lifestyle. He knows what is coming on the market before it hits the market.
It’s always Leavy’s goal to ensure that his clients receive the most rewarding results possible when buying, selling, or renting a home up north. He helps busy professionals prioritize essential features, conduct price negotiations with wizardry, get financed, and locate the best restaurants where they can celebrate the deal.
Listening is the skill Leavy’s clients treasure most. He learns what you need to create your dream house up north – whether it’s a small, quiet, lake or a majestic view of Lake Michigan. He understands the commute from a bustling lifestyle to a water wonderland. He lived downstate in Farmington Hills, where he maintained a high-pressure job.
Today, Leavy belongs to the Bay Harbor Yacht Club and shuttles his clients via boat, car, or even on a jet ski or his vintage Chris Craft. His community is important to him and he sits on the foundation board of McLaren Hospital. He knows Petoskey has the finest medical care within an easy drive from the most remote places up north.
What Pat Leavy wants most is to help you find that place of your dreams – a place where generations of families and dear friends will be welcomed and entertained. He would consider it a privilege and a pleasure to work with you. Call him today at 231-838-6700 or email at patleavy@kiddleavy.com to begin your search for your vacation home or vacation rental.
