The family-owned jewelry store traces its history to 1949, when Marshall Cooper opened Cooper’s Jewelry. Keith Binkley purchased the business in 1971, beginning a family legacy that continues today. Mark worked in the store during high school, learning the jewelry business from the ground up. Twenty years later, Keith sold the business to Mark and his wife, Barb.
In 2000, the couple made a significant investment in the store’s future by replacing the aging structure with a beautiful, spacious showroom in the same Main Street location. Today, Cooper & Binkley remains Brighton’s most trusted destination for fine jewelry.
Mark and Barb have built the store’s reputation on honesty, professionalism, exceptional merchandise and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.
