Bistro Joe’s

Part of Papa Joe’s Gourmet Market in Birmingham, Bistro Joe’s has its own entrance, with a staircase leading up to the mezzanine level. In addition to the snappy dining room and bar overlooking the open kitchen and market below, there’s seating on the window-walled balcony. Chef Jacques Van Staden has an eclectic list of dishes to choose from, like his signature Spicy Tuna tacushi, Black Angus sliders with truffle pomme frites, steamed mussels, and flatbread pizzas from a wood-burning oven.
