This top-end Italian restaurant could easily be dropped into London, New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco and fit. Chef-owner Luciano Del Signore’s pastas are pure art. Try the signature Strozzapreti Norcina: a sauce made of Italian sausage (made in-house), black truffles, tomato, and white wine, and then tossed in a hand-rolled pasta. Whether it’s the cut of the veal Milanese or a surprisingly light and delicate first course of sausage and Gorgonzola cheese with caramelized onion, all the ingredients are top end.
