Dr. A. Edward Abrou, founder and chief medical officer of Beacon Skin & Surgeries, knows much about first impressions. Patients turn to him — trust in him — for exceptional treatment of any skin problem. Dr. Abrou is a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon from Tufts-New England Medical Center and performed his internship and residency at Henry Ford Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Abrou is certified with the American Board of Dermatology, and holds privileges at Corewell Health and Henry Ford Health, among others. He’s also dermatology chair at Beaumont Hospital, Troy.
