Eye-Catching Ensembles at Detroit Symphony Orchestra’s Opening Night Gala

The 2026-2027 season for Detroit Symphony Orchestra kicked off with its annual gala, which this year honored Phillip Wm. Fisher, DSO Chair Emeritus, for his legacy of service to the Orchestra, as well as the city of Detroit. The evening’s performance, Lalo’s Symphonie espagnole, featured Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell. Here are the top looks from the event.
