A High-Impact Event for Serious Dealmakers

Now in its fifth year, Power Connections has earned its reputation as Michigan’s premier commercial real estate conference. The 2026 conference is expected to attract more than 500 attendees, facilitate more than 3,000 one-on-one 15 minute meetings, and feature 25+ speakers across two full days—all with a strong emphasis on relationship-building, capital formation, and real transactions. The event is designed for business owners, real estate investors, family office leaders, private equity investors, developers, builders, fund managers, and finance and service providers.

“The energy in Michigan right now is real — and this conference is where relationships are built, capital is raised, and deals get done.”

    — Derek Dickow, Founder of Power Connections & Conference Chairman

    Keynote: Robert Herjavec

Headlining the 2026 conference is Robert Herjavec—global entrepreneur, Emmy Award-winning executive producer, New York Times bestselling author, and the lead Shark on ABC’s Shark Tank for 16 years. A first-generation immigrant who built multiple cybersecurity companies and created over $1 billion in value, Herjavec brings a rare combination of real-world grit, high-performance leadership, and investor insight to the Power Connections stage.

Michigan’s Most Influential Voices in CRE

Alongside Herjavec, the conference will feature an all-star lineup of Michigan industry executives, policymakers, and decision-makers. Most notably, Power Connections becomes a rare forum where Michigan’s political and business futures converge. They are joined by Dick DeVos (global business leader and philanthropist), Ron Boji (CEO, Boji Group), Andrew V. Farbman (CEO, Farbman Group), Andy Gutman (President, Farbman Group), Brian Calley (President & CEO, Small Business Association of Michigan), Amy Hovey (CEO, Michigan State Housing Development Authority), Ryan Maibach (President & CEO,Barton Malow), and many more. Additional speakers and panelists are announced daily.

An Elevated Experience at an Iconic Venue

Following last year’s successful Detroit event, the 2026 conference takes place at The Department at Hudson’s—one of the city’s most high-profile and sought-after venues—reflecting the elevated nature of the experience. The two-day program includes main stage sessions, panel discussions, fireside chats, 1:1 structured meetings, private VIP receptions, and exclusive networking events. Ticket tiers—Elite, Platinum, VIP, and Power+—offer varying levels of access, including private dinners, VIP-only Q&A sessions with Robert Herjavec, and exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities. Key sponsors include Barton Malow, Bokani Property Management Group, eTitle Agency, Farbman Group, Citizens State Bank, Signal Restoration, and Wabeek Club.

With limited capacity and a highly targeted audience, organizers expect the event to sell out. Tickets must be purchased in advance at powerconnectionsco.com. For questions, contact events@powerconnectionsco.com.
