What started as a small college project to buy backpacks for students in need, has blossomed into one of the most well-regarded floral companies in the Midwest.

Flowers for Dreams was born out of a simple idea: pairing profit & purpose with
beautiful flowers. Since their start in 2012, ¼ of the profits from every daily delivery and
every bridal bouquet they’ve sold has funded an amazing local charity. Many of which
are based right in Detroit metro. That charitable business model has resulted in over
$1.5M donated to local grassroots charities throughout the region.

While they got their start delivering farm-fresh bouquets on old bicycles, they’ve now
grown to serve thousands of brides with beautiful designer wedding blooms. In fact,
they are now one of the highest rated wedding florists on The Knot and WeddingWire,
with over 500 5-star reviews and induction in the vendor Hall of Fame. They’ve done all
this by forging a different path.

For decades, many brides & grooms made their wedding vendor choices based on style
& pricing. Flowers for Dreams introduced an important new element to the equation:
values. More and more Millennial and Gen Z customers are voting with their dollars, and
that’s where Flowers for Dreams stands out. Using artisanal designs and stylish blooms
to fund causes that matter in the communities we live. Now that’s we call putting your
    money where your mouth is!
