This classic delicatessen continues to pack them in morning to night. The menu, which boasts a gaggle of soups and sandwiches as well as creamed herring and potato latkes, is almost a rebuke to the small plates crowd. Ensconced in the Boardwalk strip mall for years, it harks back to Oak Park, where proprietor Steve Goldberg’s parents opened the Stage in its original location. B, L & D daily.
