Hour Detroit’s Savor Detroit – a five-night dinner series featuring custom menus developed by the city’s most celebrated chefs – took place at the Great Lakes Culinary Center on April 28 – May 2, 2014. Each night, metro Detroit foodies gathered to enjoy a cocktail hour with mixologists from Sugar Hours, a four-course dinner menu prepared by the evening’s featured chef duo, thoughtfully selected wine pairings, a pop-up art gallery by artist Tony Roko with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Forgotten Harvest, and live entertainment.
